Dr. Robert R. Jima had over 40 years of ministry experience as a pastor, a teacher, businessman, leadership coach and mentor. He preached and taught the Word of God with strong apostolic and leadership and anointing.
A native of Zimbabwe in Africa, Dr. Jima was called to ministry at a tender age of 16 years of age. He pioneered a number of churches and was a pastor for 12 years in his native country of Zimbabwe before migrating to the United States as a missionary for over 28 years.
Dr. Robert Jima held a Doctorate of Divinity Degree in Religious Education and traveled extensively across America and Africa teaching and developing leaders in churches and businesses. He was a highly sought after speaker in church and business Leadership Conferences and Seminars across America and Africa.
Dr. Robert Jima was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Kingdom Leadership International, a ministry commissioned to transform and develop leaders. He was a spiritual father, a consultant, a leadership coach and mentor to many pastors and business leaders in many nations of the world. Dr. Jima was an author of a number books and has published and produced many CDs and articles on leadership.
He was married to his beautiful wife Pastor Sue for over 30 years and had three children. They were entrepreneurs and started and ran a number of successful businesses in Dallas, Texas USA. Dr. Robert R. Jima was described as "a man with the spiritual authority of an apostle, a very practical teacher of leadership principles and God's word, has a sensitive spirit of a prophet, a compassionate heart of a pastor and a brilliant mind of a businessman."
